I thought the communication was the best part of the experience, any call or email was answered or replied to immediately. With the purchase of my home I feel that accessibility was he key factor. My home had just come on the market and Shannon was there to show it immediately. With other potential buyers scheduled to view the home I was able to make an offer prior to their viewing.
