Don is the owner of The Marcelino Team and has been involved in the real estate community since 1977 helping families successfully fulfill their homeownership dreams.
Don is committed to continuing education and holds the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). This is only held by 4% of all Realtors and Realtor-Associates in the nation. For several years, Don has attended the Howard Brinton Seminars. In 2010 Don earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the SFR certification to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers & sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk, and provides resources to help REALTORS® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.
Don oversees the team and is the Marketing and Listing Specialist. He will be sure to help you sell your home in the least amount of time for the highest possible price with the least inconvenience to you. Don and his wife Denise enjoy their summers boating and fishing on Lake Champlain.
