Shannon Marcelino, daughter of Don, has been involved in the real estate community since 1993. Over the years, she has served in many roles on the team, beginning as an assistant to Don, then advancing to Closing Coordinator, and later becoming a Buyer & Listing Specialist. In 2019, Shannon earned her Broker’s License, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry.

Shannon Marcelino is dedicated to continuing education and professional excellence, earning numerous certifications and awards throughout her career. She completed the Floyd Wickman Training Course, receiving both the “On Track” and “Top Overall Producer” awards, attended Howard Brinton Seminars for several years, and became eCertified. Shannon has also earned several respected industry designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), Certified Relocation Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®), and Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce. In 2026, she further expanded her expertise by completing the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD®) course and earning the C2EX endorsement, demonstrating her commitment to professionalism, ethics, inclusivity, client service, and staying current with the ever-changing real estate industry.

Shannon has also been actively involved in leadership within the real estate community. She served as a Board Director for the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors from 2017 to 2019. In 2019/2020, Shannon served as President-Elect, and in 2021 she proudly served as President of the organization. The mission of the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors is to provide members with opportunities to grow and succeed by utilizing the resources and support offered through the organization, while ensuring customers receive professional and ethical real estate service.

Shannon is dedicated to helping clients successfully sell their current home, find the perfect new home, and guide them through every step of the transaction process to ensure a smooth and stress-free closing experience.

Shannon was honored with the 2021 REALTOR® of the Year Award from the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors. Since 1964, the organization has recognized one individual each year who best exemplifies the professional qualities of a REALTOR®. This prestigious award honors the highest standards of professional conduct, leadership, and dedication to both the community and the real estate profession.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her partner, Michael, at local racetracks, as well as fishing and hunting. She also loves spending quality time with her son, Matthew, and cuddling up with her Pomsky, Luna.
