In the event that you are not able to commence with construction w/i 12 mos,there is a narrow building envelope to construct a 20 ft. wide residence, which would allow you to forgo going to the Development Review Board;however, as suggested above, if you were looking to build a structure beyond the setbacks, approval from the Board is required.Be advised that submitting an application to the Development Review Board requires the submission of plans for them to review. The process includes the submission of an application,warning the hearing, having the hearing, the Board writing the decision,& then an appeal period.
